Rate Parity Monitor is a SaaS tool that monitors hotel room prices across online travel agencies (OTAs) and alerts users to rate parity violations. The Service is provided "as is".

3. Account responsibilities
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties.
5. Subscription and billing
  • The Service offers paid subscription plans billed monthly.
  • A 14-day free trial is available without a credit card.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge.
6. Data scraping disclaimer

Rate Parity Monitor retrieves publicly available price data from OTA websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of scraped data, as OTA websites may change their structure at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
